Here's why I built this

I spent most of my life feeling tired and foggy without realizing that wasn't normal. When I finally understood how my body actually worked as a connected system, everything shifted. The fatigue lifted. The fog cleared.

In my clinical work, I kept finding myself starting in the same place with people — the foundations. And before we ever added labs or supplements, those foundational shifts alone were creating real, noticeable change.

This is the starting point I wish someone had handed me. And it's where I start with everyone.
