why what you've tried hasn't worked

Most practitioners look at your symptoms. I look at what's driving them.

There's a difference between normal labs and optimal function. Most standard testing never looks for the gap, and that gap is usually where the answers are.

The conventional medical system simply isn't built to find what's driving your symptoms, and that's not a criticism of your doctor. It's a structural reality. Fifteen minute appointments, disease-focused training, and lab ranges designed to rule out illness rather than optimize health leave enormous gaps. Most practitioners are working within a system that was never designed to ask the questions that matter most for how you feel day to day. And I don't think that's lost on them either. It's just the reality of the world we're operating in.

And most people experiencing chronic fatigue, gut issues, hormone imbalance, and unexplained symptoms are falling right into these gaps. Standard lab ranges miss mineral imbalances, gut dysfunction, metabolic patterns, and circadian disruption that can slowly drive fatigue, hormone chaos, digestive issues, and brain fog for years without ever showing up as abnormal.

My work starts further upstream than most. At the level of circadian biology, how light, timing, and your body clock govern almost every hormonal and metabolic process in your body. At the level of mitochondrial function, where cellular energy is actually produced and what disrupts it. At the level of mineral status and gut health, the foundational inputs that drive everything downstream. This is the science that explains why you feel the way you feel.
