The Signature Program

You’ve been told your labs are normal. You still don’t feel like yourself. It’s time to actually find out why.

The Signature Program is six months of private clinical support built entirely around your data — comprehensive functional lab work, seven sessions, and an educational framework that gives you real answers and a clear path forward.

This is for the person who is done guessing.

This is for you if…

You’ve been living with symptoms long enough that you’ve started to accept them as normal.

The fatigue, the bloating, the moods, the broken sleep, the hair that’s been falling out for two years. You’ve seen doctors. You’ve had labs done. You’ve tried the protocols. And something still isn’t working.

You’re not looking for another generic plan. You want someone to actually look at your full picture (your blood work, your gut, your hormones, your history, etc.) and tell you what’s actually going on… and what to do about it.

If that’s where you are, this is what you’ve been looking for.

What’s Included

Here’s what we do together

Everything starts with your data.

Before your first session, you’ll complete four things that form the foundation of everything we do together.

Labs & Paperwork Upfront

Comprehensive Functional Blood Panel: A thorough blood panel drawn at a local LabCorp and interpreted through functional optimal ranges (not just normal versus abnormal). These labs cover thyroid function including antibodies, metabolic health, blood sugar regulation, inflammatory markers, iron status, nutrient levels, and more. This is the panel your annual physical never runs, and it will help us assess if any imbalances or nutrient deficiencies might be present.

Full Hormone Panel: Progesterone, estradiol, DHEA sulfate, SHBG, and total testosterone — run at the right time in your cycle and interpreted in context with everything else we’re seeing. Hormones don’t exist in isolation.

Gut Test: Tiny Health Shotgun Metagenomics Stool Anlaysis (the gold standard in microbiome research) screening for 120,000+ bacteria, viruses, fungi, and parasites at strain-level precision. Unlike PCR-based tests that only look for what you already know to look for, this sequences everything and gives us a complete picture. What we learn goes far beyond digestion. The markers we look at tell us how well your gut is actually functioning, how protected the lining is, how efficiently you’re absorbing nutrients, and whether there are patterns driving symptoms you’d never connect back to your gut — hormone imbalance, systemic inflammation, mood, and more. Everything we find becomes part of your personalized roadmap.

NAQ and In-Depth Intake Paperwork: A 300+ question nutritional assessment questionnaire plus a detailed circadian, food, and lifestyle intake, because your labs tell part of the story and your history tells the rest. Your analysis is built from both.

The Sessions:

Seven sessions over six months, structured around where you are in the process.

Month one starts with a 90-minute initial consultation where we go through your full history, your lab results, and build your educational roadmap together. A 60-minute follow-up later that same month gives us space to address what’s come up and adjust early.

Months two through six include one monthly 60-minute session each — reviewing how your body is responding, answering questions, and refining your approach as things shift.

All sessions are conducted via video call through the HIPAA-compliant practitioner portal.

On Your End

  • You’re not on your own between visits. You have direct access to me through the Practice Better portal for questions and support throughout the six months.
  • You will also have access to my therapeutic-grade supplement dispensary with a discount for anything deemed beneficial.

On My End

  • Approximately 3-4 hours goes into prepping, evaluating and building protocols between meetings.
  • I will be gathering resources and recommendations to best help you along the way.

Foundations Toolkit + Educational Videos Included

The practical food and circadian rhythm framework, along with educational videos and a full library of meal tools, shopping guides, and planning resources — so you have something concrete to work from between sessions and context for everything we’re discussing.
