You’ll walk away with the tools you need for a fresh start

Feeling amazing really can be your default normal. The path to getting there will be taken using a holistic approach. We’ll come up with a tailored-to-you and feasible plan that will help restore your whole body using a combination of nutrition, movement, education, habit building, and testing and supplementation as necessary.

Phase 1: Kickoff Session + Followup

  • We’ll dive in deep, reviewing your health history and your bio-individual circumstances, including diet, stress levels, and lifestyle. I am here to LISTEN, because every detail matters.
  • You’ll get access to a comprehensive questionnaire that will help us pinpoint any primary areas of dysfunction.
  • Our first call will be a 90-minute initial consultation during which we confirm your goals and begin developing a personalized action plan.
  • We will have a 50-minute follow-up meeting (usually about 2 weeks later) to review progress and make any tweaks that might be helpful.
  • If you have recent labs, I can review these to help determine if any nutrient deficiencies or insufficiencies might be present.
  • *After our first two initial sessions, we’ll move to phase two.

On Your End

  • You’ll receive unlimited messaging support through my secure client portal.
  • You will also have access to my therapeutic-grade supplement dispensary with a discount for anything deemed beneficial.

On My End

  • Approximately 3-4 hours goes into prepping, evaluating and building protocols between meetings.
  • I will be gathering resources and recommendations to best help you along the way.

Initial Consultation + Followup: $450

Phase 2: 1:1 Sessions

  • We begin with 30-minute bi-weekly follow-up sessions to review progress and goals.
  • Once we feel ready, we move to monthly, 60-minute follow-up sessions.
  • Customized protocols are designed for your bio-individual circumstances.
  • Labs can be ordered and/or reviewed as-needed.
  • You’ll have access to unlimited messaging support through my secure client portal.
  • *Available only after kickoff + initial followup session has been completed.
  • You are welcome to cancel during phase 2 at any time.

*I consider functional testing to be something only helpful to bring in after we’ve worked on all of the foundations. At that point, below are the most common tests I use. Others are also available, as needed.

GI Map Stool Test

The GI MAP helps us measure pathogen and parasite presence, beneficial and opportunistic bacteria levels, as well as important digestive, immune, and inflammation markers. This test is typically taken when chronic or unexplained issues are being experienced so that we can understand what’s going on under the surface and come up with a precise plan for restoration.

OAT (Organic Acids Test)

The Organic Acids Test is a urine test that looks at metabolic byproducts to give us clues about energy production, B-vitamin status, yeast/bacterial overgrowth, and detox capacity. I use it when fatigue, brain fog, mood shifts, or gut issues aren’t fully resolving, so we can target food, lifestyle, and supplements more precisely.

MRT Food Sensitivity Test

This test is reserved only for those who are in need of deep gut support, and it accompanies the GI MAP gut test. It can help us determine which foods and chemicals your body is having any kind of a response to so that we can remove them temporarily while we work on restoring the gut.

Hormone Evaluation

If you would like to review hormone status, we have multiple testing options we can discuss. This includes timed bloodwork, DUTCH, eFHP, or at-home real-time hormone tracking.

Comprehensive Labs

Standard labs typically leave out some really helpful markers – and they also use slightly different ranges to determine if a result is “normal” (because they are generally being looked at to diagnose and not necessarily prevent). I include incredibly comprehensive markers and go by functional ranges to try to see what might be unraveling before it becomes a diagnosis. Any of my findings or protocol recommendations are encouraged to be shared with your doctor so that we can all work together to get you feeling your best again.

We are all unique and your wellness solution should be as well

Though we all could benefit from some foundational holistic wellness principles (i.e. digestion, blood sugar regulation, light therapy, etc.) your body, background, health history, lifestyle, preferences and genes are going to be mighty different than literally every other single person out there.
